UNDER 18 PIERCING REQUIREMENTS
Individuals between the ages of 13 and 17 can get certain piercings done with parental consent.
Parental consent includes:
1. Parent being present for procedure with a VALID ID
2. Parent has minors ORIGINAL STAMPED BIRTH CERTIFICATE
3. Minor has a Photo ID (School/State/Federal/Passport)
WE CANNOT ACCEPT PHOTOS OF IDS OR UNOFFICIAL PAPER COPIES OF IDS.
SIBLINGS/GRANDPARENTS/AUNTS/UNCLES OF AGE CANNOT SIGN FOR UNDERAGE INDIVIDUALS, PARENT MUST BE PRESENT.
